Terms of Service
DOBI Protocol (dobi.guru), DOBI Pay, DOBI Operador and the DOBI API.
The short version. DOBI connects physical machines to AI agents and settles payments on-chain. You are responsible for the machines and agents you connect, on-chain payments cannot be reversed by us, and the software is provided as is while it is in active development.
1. The service
DOBI is an agent-native IoT platform: devices publish telemetry, AI agents decide and act on them, and every paid action can be settled on-chain with x402. These terms cover the website and dashboard at dobi.guru, the public machine pages at app.dobi.guru, the DOBI Pay and DOBI Operador apps, and the HTTP API.
By using any of them you accept these terms. If you use DOBI on behalf of a company, you accept them for that company.
2. Accounts
The dashboard and DOBI Operador require you to sign in. Keep your credentials and device provisioning keys private; actions taken with them are treated as yours. DOBI Pay has no account: the wallet lives only on your phone, and losing its recovery phrase means losing access to it.
3. Machines and agents you connect
You must own or be authorized to operate every device you register. You decide which actions an agent may take; critical actions go through supervision gates, but you remain responsible for the physical result of the commands your agents and devices execute, and for complying with the safety rules that apply to your equipment.
4. Payments
Payments are made with crypto assets on public blockchains. A confirmed on-chain transaction cannot be reversed by DOBI. Prices are shown before you pay. If a machine fails to deliver what you paid for, contact the operator of that machine or write to us and we will help you reach them. Network fees are set by the blockchain, not by DOBI. The $DOBI token is not an investment product and nothing on this site is financial advice.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use DOBI to break the law, to attack or overload the platform or other people's devices, to bypass rate limits or payment checks, or to impersonate others. We may suspend accounts or devices that do.
6. Content and software
You keep the rights to the data your devices send. You give us the permission we need to store and process it to run the service. Open-source parts of DOBI are licensed under their own licenses.
7. No warranty and limitation of liability
DOBI is in active development and is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, DOBI is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data or damage caused by devices or agents you operate.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced on the site.
